About the Role


As a ServiceNow HRSD Systems Analyst in our Talent, Culture & Communications  , you’ll play a key role in he HR functions and HR business processes, ability to drive requirements confirmation discussions, fit-gap analysis, prototyping and system configuration, data conversion (where applicable), testing and defect management are some of the skills and activities expected to be performed in the role of a functional consultant . The role requires extensive experience as a business/systems analyst, knowledge of HR business processes, and experience with ServiceNow HR Service Delivery. Strong interpersonal, communication, and project management skills are also essential

What will your day look like?

  • Deeply understand HR business processes and requirements to recommend solutions, build high-quality requirements, and translate business problems into user stories with acceptance criteria, sizing, priority, and value.
  • Partner with Product Owners, Journey Experts, Engineers, and Solution Architects to convert business requirements into workable technology outcomes and deliver business value.
  • Participate in backlog refinement to review, sequence, prioritize, uncover dependencies, and validate scope boundaries.
  • Shape business requirements by suggesting alternatives, ensuring technology change management compliance during production deployments.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage ServiceNow HRSD, support platform integration with other modules and external systems, and maintain system stability, integration, and integrity.
  • Support business teams on process impacts, user acceptance testing, training, and change management; assist with new product/service introduction and ongoing support.
  • Participate in application design, analysis, configuration, testing, deployment, and maintenance within a large enterprise environment, adhering to delivery frameworks for quality and compliance.
  • Lead or contribute to project delivery, participate as SME for audits, and complete QA non-compliance activities and corrective actions in a timely manner.
  • Create and maintain high-quality solution documentation, including business cases, scope, functional/operational requirements, process flows, test cases, and configuration workbooks.

What will you bring?

  • Extensive experience as a business/systems analyst, systems support, consulting, or related experience in HR Systems 
  • Understanding of software development processes, operations management, and product management activities 
  • Experience with ServiceNow HRSD 
  • Experience with test management and test automation tools is preferred 
  • Excellent interpersonal, client service, communication, teaming, organizational, and project management skills 
  • Proven track record of working with a senior stakeholder population on requirements and business process definition, Software Development/Systems Integration and Application Support 
  • Ability to document and present solutions using various methods (people facing, presentations, and demos) 
  • Knowledge of HR business process design and development 
  • Experience working in a matrix organization and influencing multiple senior stakeholders to drive results 
  • Experience working with cross-border teams in a virtual environment 
  • Good analytical skills to help our stakeholders to find best solutions
