About the Role
As a Senior Operations Support Officer, you will support the daily activities for ongoing compliance reviews that meets & exceeds regulatory expectations in AML KYC and other areas relevant to today’s heightened regulatory climate. You would provide support to fellow analysts, ensuring production objectives and performance standards are met in compliance with Ongoing Customer Due Diligence.
You will also play a key role in the overall strategic direction of the Bank and work on high priority initiatives in a rapidly growing business by collaborating with Compliance, Quality Assurance, Sales, and Solution Teams.

What will your day look like?
As a Senior Operations Support Officer, you will:
- Proactively solve issues and implement preventative fixes.
- Manage customer expectations and keep them regularly updated.
- Coordinate with stakeholders and resolve concerns quickly.
- Deliver error‑free customer files on time and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure all work complies with policies and regulations.
- Review workflows and drive process improvements.
- Support the team, work independently, and build strong collaborations.
- Identify risks, escalate when needed, and ensure training is up to date.
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
- 5–10 years of strong financial services, AML/KYC, regulatory compliance, and QA expertise, including SME experience across all risk levels and client types.
- Deep knowledge of OCDD/Periodic Review & CDD processes, global regulations (FATCA, CRS, Dodd Frank, EMIR, MiFID), and KYC workflow tools.
- Proven ability to meet KPIs/SLA targets, ensure audit‑ready quality, and maintain full compliance with policies and KOP updates.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.
- A controls‑focused, detail‑oriented mindset with excellent analytical, problem‑solving, time management, and numerical skills.
- Ability to drive process improvements, enhance automation, and support technology‑enabled solutions.
- Experience training new hires, partnering with stakeholders, and ensuring operational excellence.
- A motivated team player with a solution‑oriented attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to long‑term contribution.
