About the Role


As a Senior Operations Support Officer, you will support the daily activities for New to bank and ongoing compliance reviews that meets & exceeds regulatory expectations in AML KYC and other areas relevant to today’s heightened regulatory climate. You would provide support to fellow analysts, ensuring production objectives and performance standards are met in compliance with Customer Due Diligence.

You will also play a key role in the overall strategic direction of the Bank and work on high priority initiatives in a rapidly growing business by collaborating with Compliance, Quality Assurance, Sales, and Solution Teams.

What will your day look like?


As a Senior Operations Support Officer, you will:

  • Proactively resolve issues, analyze workflow gaps, and implement preventive controls to avoid operational losses.
  • Manage customer expectations with timely updates and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
  • Deliver accurate KYC/OCDD files within KPIs and SLAs while ensuring full compliance and data integrity.
  • Review and refine workflows, documentation, and process changes to support continuous improvement.
  • Maintain complete and compliant customer records and onboarding data across systems.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, support stakeholder meetings, and contribute to team deliverables.
  • Identify risks, follow regulatory and internal policies, and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Support training activities, ensure completion of required staff learning, and contribute to knowledge sharing.

What will you bring?


To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

  • 3–8 years of strong financial services and AML/KYC experience, including CDD & OCDD across all risk levels and client types.
  • Deep regulatory knowledge (FATCA, CRS, EMIR, MiFID, Dodd‑Frank) with hands‑on expertise in KYC systems and workflow tools.
  • Proven ability to meet KPIs, SLAs, and quality standards, delivering audit‑ready and compliant KYC files.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle fast‑paced, high‑pressure workloads and shifting priorities.
  • Detail‑oriented analytical mindset with strong numerical, problem‑solving, and time‑management skills.
  • High professionalism in handling confidential information with a strong controls and quality‑focused approach.
  • Collaborative, self‑driven team player who supports training, shares knowledge, and continuously improves processes.
  • Advanced MS Office proficiency with solid reporting and documentation skills.
