About the Role

As a Banking operations Analyst, Will on-board/accredit New Brokers, Mobile Lenders and Introducers to ANZ so that they can lodge new loan deals and perform loan writing (Residential Mortgages) with hand-offs to multiple teams within and outside ANZ.

Work Hours: 8.5hrs/Day & Early Morning Shift (5AM Onwards)

What will your day look like?

As Operations Support Officer, you will:

• This role requires performing all KYS (KNOW YOUR SUPPLIER) checks for the applicant and ensures all the required compliance and due diligence checks are completed before onboarding. This role is multi-dimensional, and the officer is responsible for liaising with Governance team to perform end to end task.
• This requires strong decision making & Process skills which will help creates a strong salesforce for ANZ
• High quality of work, and taking ownership, Act as key reference point for all team matters impacting the business
• Monitors customer satisfaction and draws on understanding of customer to deliver customer centric solutions and achieve positive outcomes.
• Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders and communicate requirements clearly and concisely.

What will you bring?

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

• Experience in banking products & service
• Experience in building relationships across ANZ to realise the Portfolio / Domain operational strategy
• Influencing skills across a diverse range of Stakeholders
• Working knowledge of Bank products, risk, performance and operational management
• Adaptable and flexible to deal with uncertainty and ambiguity
• Ability to synthesis information from multiple sources to produce meaningful reporting, insights and action plans
• Ability to effectively communicate ideas in a consumable format with supporting action plans
• Experience in understanding what measures are important to deliver what matters
