About the Role
The Senior Operations Analyst is responsible for ensuring the delivery of daily targets and customer service in ANZ India, via robust learning and development frameworks. Key responsibilities include - managing workflows, associated reporting and quality checks. Ensure timely and accurate processing of work for both internal and external customers in line with expectations and within the agreed criteria set out in Service Level agreements and established policies.

What will your day look like?
As a Senior Operations Analyst, you will:
- Accurately process loan transactions within defined timelines, including payment allocation, loan setup, and account updates.
- Manage and validate home loan operations such as disbursements, closures, and payment processing in line with established procedures.
- Deliver exceptional customer support by promptly addressing queries and adhering to agreed service levels for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure strict compliance with risk and regulatory requirements, maintaining high accuracy to minimize operational and reputational risks.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and recommend process enhancements.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders across onshore and offshore locations to meet operational goals.
- Support team performance through knowledge sharing, assisting with training, and acting as a backup for the Production Lead when required.
What will you bring?
To succeed in this role, you will ideally bring:
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across teams and stakeholders.
- Proven experience in managing workflows and handling high-volume processing with strong planning and organizational abilities.

Atleast 2+ years of experience in home lending operations.

Hands-on experience managing home loan accounts, including disbursement, closure, and payment processing.
- Ability to resolve complex queries with a high level of ownership and follow-through.
- Knowledge of banking products, systems, and the capability to quickly learn policies and procedures.
- Adaptability to a dynamic environment, including evolving regulatory and process requirements.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and continuous process improvement.
- Familiarity with internal ANZ systems is preferred.
- A graduate qualification in Business Management or a related field.
