About the Role
As Senior Manager Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) Data Analytics and Reporting, you’ll play a pivotal leadership role in this newly created team. Your primary responsibility is to design and implement executive and operational reporting that will enhance our understanding of the Third Party risks across ANZ’s supplier base. This role focuses on creating solutions that are highly human-centric, ensuring an excellent and easily adoptable user experience.
The data will be sourced primarily from the new ServiceNOW TPRM module and leverage ANZ’s Google Risk Data Hub (RDH) via Tableau. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of our Third Party Risk Management dataset, ensuring its accuracy and reliability.

What will your day look like?
As the Senior Manager Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) Data Analytics and Reporting, you will work in the cross-border team and are accountable for:

Working with key stakeholders to design and implement key executive and operational reporting. Your data insights will enhance business insights and anticipate the needs of Stakeholders

Selecting and using a range of standard industry tools, techniques and reporting schemas and other database concepts to conduct the analysis, data manipulation and communication of TPRM data to the wider ANZ business.

Maintain effective relationships with stakeholders across ANZ and external partners, anticipating and responding to evolving stakeholder needs.

Maintaining a focus on data management and reporting capabilities and provide a single enterprise-wide view of all TPRM related data.

Where appropriate acting as the escalation point for the business on complex TPRM data and inventory management matters.

Deliver effective TPRM data management practices in line with ANZs data management requirements.

Providing day-to-day guidance and act as performance coach for the TPRM Reporting Specialist

Ensure we keep integrity in the TPRM dataset and rectify where necessary
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

10+ years’ experience with a range of tools and techniques for analysis, data manipulation and presentation

8+ years’ experience on providing support for risk data and inventory related matters (preferably for a business in the finance or banking sector)

Experience in Google Cloud, Tableau

Demonstrated experience of data design skills and ability to work with and communicate relational and reporting schemas and other database concepts

Experience with communicating TPRM data and inventory related matters and managing effective relationships with senior leadership

Proven track record of working and delivering to agreed milestones in fast-paced agile workplaces with examples of making sound and timely decisions and ability to re-prioritise work in response to emerging risks

Proven ability to work in a cross-border team coupled with at least 18 months of experience in providing day-to-day guidance and acting as performance coach for others
