About the Role
We are seeking a skilled professional to join the Research & Analysis (R&A) team, supporting Financial Institutions Group (FIG) clients, including Banks and Non-Banking Financial Institutions (NBFIs). The role involves end-to-end credit analysis and portfolio management with global exposure.

What will your day look like?
As an Institutional Research & Analysis Analyst, your accountabilities include:
- Prepare annual and interim credit memoranda through detailed financial analysis of financial institutions, including banks, insurance companies, and other NBFIs.
- Conduct credit analysis by evaluating financial statements, risk profiles, and overall performance.
- Monitor and track rating changes, financial disclosures, and industry developments impacting the portfolio.
- Ensure accuracy and quality of static data across internal systems.
- Respond to stakeholder queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain strong adherence to internal policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.
- Build and sustain effective working relationships with Relationship Managers (RMs), R&A Associates, and Risk Executives to ensure risks are identified and mitigated.
- Support end-to-end credit management activities across all FIG segments.
- Contribute to additional R&A activities as required by the team.
- Work within a global coverage model, supporting diverse geographies.
What will you bring?
To Grow and Succeed in This Role, You Will Ideally Bring:
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in Financial Institutions (FI) credit analysis and research.
- Strong understanding of credit risk, banking fundamentals, and financial analysis.
- Proven ability in credit writing and report preparation, with attention to detail and quality.
- Working knowledge of Group Credit policies, principles, and governance frameworks.
- Ability to build strong, collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Educational background in MBA (Finance) or Postgraduate degree in Commerce / Accounting or related field.
