About the Role

As a Retail Risk Systems Analyst in our Risk Metrics & Measurement team, you will play a key role in Development and change management of credit risk model data using SAS DI and coding.

What will your day look like?

As a Retail Risk Systems Senior Analyst, you will:

• Provide strong analytical and investigative support to understand and improve credit risk data and related metrics.
• Work across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), contributing to both development and change management initiatives.
• Use SAS to deliver data analysis and reporting to help stakeholders understand credit risk performance.
• Identify and address data anomalies, trends, and inconsistencies to improve data quality and business processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to simplify and standardize existing and new processes.
• Deliver performance and process improvements through independent ownership of assigned tasks.
• Mentor and guide junior team members on both technical and functional aspects.
• Support the monthly Retail Risk Systems process, ensuring timely and accurate execution and release management.
• Maintain effective communication and collaboration with key stakeholders including Risk, Finance, Technology, and external vendors.
• Ensure customer experience is considered in all system and process changes.

What will you bring?

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

• 7–9 years of total experience, including:
• 4+ years supporting business solutions using ETL tools (preferably SAS DI)
• 4–5 years of hands-on SAS experience
• 4–5 years working with SQL and scheduling tools (e.g., Control-M)
• 4+ years managing and improving business processes
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and investigation skills
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel, SAS EG, SAS DI, SQL, and Control-M
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Strong stakeholder management and junior team with required guidance on assigned work
