As an ANZx Decisions Systems Analyst within our ANZx Retail Risk squad, our team’s mission is to focus on solutions that transform the way we digitally assess and decision home loan applications. You will contribute to this success by being part of the team responsible for supporting the development and configuration of our cloud-based Credit Engine. Your main goal will be to business analysis of decision solutions, design and configure in credit engine, coordinate progression and regression testing and participate in end-to-end release train.

What will your day look like?
As a Decision Systems Analyst, you will:

What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
• Strong 7+ years of experience in analytical, numerical, research and problem-solving proven ability to deliver Business solutions.
• Proven experience with data analytics and/or decision systems techniques and tools (e.g SQL, R, Python, PowerCurve, Big Query etc.).
• Experience in risk management and/or technology, with exposure to credit and/or data lifecycle.
• Skilled at the use of facts in discussions and communication with staff and peers.
• Proven ability to communicate up (one level above) and amongst peer groups.
• Experience in collaborating with Business and technical team and continue to expand knowledge with new technologies, hence bringing benefits into the squad.
• Proven ability to be able to configure Business process flow for strategy changes.
• Comfortable working in dynamic agile environment.
Additional Skills:
• knowledge of credit/data processes and requirements relevant to the Risk Infrastructure (including regulatory landscape).
• Exposure to PowerCurve and JavaScript.
• Understanding of ANZ existing data sources and decision systems.
• Basic SQL skills.
• Understanding of XML, JSON, XSD, WSDL.
• Technical knowledge of Experian Powercurve products
• Knowledge in application processing systems (especially originations), customer management, case management and fraud management systems will be a plus point.
