About the Role

As an ANZ T&C (HR) Recruiting and Onboarding Product Owner and a vital part of the T&C Technology Extended leadership team, you'll manage key HR products related to the Attract, Source, Recruit, and Onboarding employee life cycle processes. By leading the T&C Recruiting and Onboarding team, you will collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional partners to design, implement, and support our application services with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors and ServiceNow ensuring that they meet our people-focused objectives and enhance stakeholder and employee success. 

 

Essential skills encompass knowledge of HR processes through the employee lifecycle, leading requirement discussions, performing fit-gap analysis, prototyping, configuring systems, converting data, testing, and defect management.

What will your day look like?

  • Deliver HR product functionality across SAP SuccessFactors (Recruiting, Onboarding) and ServiceNow Onboarding to enable HR strategy and meet performance goals.

  • Partner with Global HR leaders and SMEs to drive business process improvements, solution design, and continuous enhancements.

  • Lead and manage HR technology projects — from requirements to delivery, testing, and end-user enablement — ensuring minimal disruption and maximum adoption.

  • Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to define requirements, design scalable solutions, and ensure alignment with HR strategy.

  • Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, coordinate testing, and ensure timely release of enhancements.

  • Serve as a bridge between business and IT, facilitating workshops, demos, and feedback sessions to refine and deliver impactful solutions.

  • Oversee vendor relationships and manage product lifecycle, roadmaps, and upgrades for SAP SuccessFactors and ServiceNow platforms.

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of configuration specialists and analysts to build process and technical excellence.

  • Foster strong stakeholder relationships and role-model ANZ values — Create. Deliver. Together.

What will you bring?

  • Proven experience leading teams in SaaS/Agile product lifecycle development.
  • Strong background as an HR Product Owner, Portfolio Owner, or Business Analyst.
  • Deep expertise in SAP SuccessFactors HCM, with certifications in Recruiting and Onboarding (Employee Central preferred; additional module certifications a plus).
  • Experience developing product roadmaps, driving alignment, and influencing stakeholders on business priorities.
  • Strong project management skills – leading design, development, testing, and delivery; writing user stories; and integrating with third-party providers.
  • Exposure to global environments and/or prior consulting experience with multinational organizations.
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and detail-oriented, with a passion for problem-solving and continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrated leadership and people development skills, fostering collaboration and a positive team culture.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and work effectively across diverse teams and functions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with strong executive presence.
  • Sound knowledge of HCM concepts, HR processes, and human-centred design principles to enhance employee experience.

 

Qualifications

 

  • Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding (required).
  • Employee Central certification highly desired.
  • Additional SAP SuccessFactors module certifications are a plus.
