What will your day look like?

 

The Associate Product Central International comprises of two primary functions; delivering high quality Product Development initiatives (ie: New Products, Major/Minor Variations, Decommissioning, PIRs, or BAU Change, from concept through to approval) for TB International; and implementing these changes by following the TB Change Guidelines and Group & TB Product Management policies collaborating with stakeholders to effectively embed the changes.

 

This role is accountable for:

 

  • Leading Product Development initiatives (eg: New, Major, Minor and other product submissions) that deliver TB products to market in an efficient and effective manner by following the Group & TB Product Management policies. Act as a conduit between TB Product and the TB Product Committee.
  • Leading change initiatives by following the TB Change Guidelines and ensuring that prioritised change projects are effectively, efficiently delivered into the business.
  • Stakeholder engagement / networking enabling close working relationships to deliver product submissions, change initiatives and governance activities are effectively delivered in a timely manner.
  • Ensuring Product Frameworks, guidelines and templates remain effective in their application and aligned to internal policies and requirements.
  • Drive strategic initiatives relating to product management such as the Online Product Portal (OPP) workflow automation or other similar product systems/tools. This includes training & awareness responsibility for the rollout and ongoing use of the OPP/Appian platform and other product systems/tools in International.
  • Product governance related coordination and reporting activities

What will you bring?

 

The ‘must have’ knowledge, skill and experience (KSE) the role requires are: 

 

  • 7-10 years’ experience in financial services
  • Organisational skills and ability to collaborate, build relationships and manage stakeholders – at all levels of the organisation
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Product or change management experience (Transaction Banking  products preferred e.g. Payment and Cash Management products, Trade and Supply Chain products)


The ‘good to have’ knowledge, skill and experience (KSE) the role requires are: 

 

  • Organisational skills
  • Strong understanding of the ANZ Product Management Policy, and/or knowledge of product related regulations and obligations
  • Demonstrated ability to improve processes and end to end customer experience in conjunction with a wide range stakeholders
  • Demonstrate ability to assess risk and identity mitigants for change processes
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver change in a complex, large, dynamic environment
  • Knowledge and experience of Institutional distribution channels, including digital
