About the Role
As a Process Lead you’ll play a key role to support the trading activities of ANZ Global Markets Business units in Australia, Asia, Europe and America.Duties include confirmation supervision, validation of static data maintenance, and settlements for Global Markets business on a timely and accurate basis. Liaison with the Global Markets Operations sites is also an essential part of the role.

What will your day look like?
As a Process Lead , you will:
- Proactively identify gaps in the process or internal controls and escalate to manager
- Regularly review processing effectiveness and suggest improved processes to manager
- Efficient use of resources and turnaround times for key deliverables
- Take responsibility for keeping the team informed on policy/procedural/operational / training issues
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in the role, you will ideally bring the following:
- Total of around 6 years of professional experience, with a strong foundation of 4 years in financial institution operations and an additional 2 years of hands-on exposure to Global Markets.
- Problem solving / Product Knowledge
- Concern for Quality and Standards
- Results Orientation
