About the Role

The Sr Ops Analyst is Responsible for providing customer service to Corporate & Institutional Banking Customers, while ensuring that regulatory and bank requirements are met. The individual must deliver positive customer experience within agreed timeframes i.e. Service Level Agreements (SLAs). The candidate Must Have Excellent Payments knowledge and should be proficient in Swift.

What will your day look like?


As a Sr Ops Analyst , you will:

 

  • Ensure all payments are cleared, concise and timely
  • Provide a high level of customer service to the internal and external customers
  • Escalate customer complaint to PL/TL/manager when required    
  • Follow up where necessary to meet customer needs.
  • Take initiative to identify process improvements, and present to Team Leader \ Manager with the solutions and the benefits.
  • Develop good working relationships with all stakeholders 
  • Ensure all services delivered comply with ANZ Group governance requirements, policies, processes and standards and with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Resolve issues or escalate them as required.    

 

What will you bring?


To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following: 

 

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in payments processing
  • Experience of working on RTGS, International payments and treasury back office transactions processing respecting dual control principle, legal framework and bank procedures/instructions
  • Excellent communication skills in written and oral English
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiar with MS Office tools.
