About the Role

 

As an Analyst, you will be supporting the Home Loans business with all Production and Process related activities to ensure accurate customer outcome is delivered. Managing the daily operation by being back up for Production Lead by ensuring timely and accurate processing of requests by effective allocation of work. This also involves maintaining timely business reporting.

What will your day look like?


As Operations Support Officer, you will:

  • Managing the daily operation of the teams by ensuring timely and accurate processing of requests by effective allocation of work
  • Support SME with trainings on the various processes/ Upskilling within the team
  • Understanding the process changes and timely re-iterating the same to the team
  • Supporting the Manager / Production in planning the day for a smoother close of Business
  • Monitoring the performance of EUC tools and ensure all enhancement and get the break fix’s performed within the stipulated timeframe
  • Manage query resolutions for the Team and handle escalations timely both for self and oversee Teams allocations.
  • Take responsibility for keeping the team re-iterated on Risk and Data Loss Protection by conducting sessions

What will you bring?


To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

  • Provide a high level of customer service to the internal and external customers
  • Taking ownership to resolve any customer queries and complaints efficiently and effectively
  • Flexible with all Shifts to support the Team working during the shifts and support the Downstream teams
  • Mandatory experience and Proficient in making calls to third parties (Australian clients)
  • Able to manage dual processes, be a team player by understanding the challenges of fellow Team members to support when in need
  • Manage and monitor the processing of daily requests in accordance with Bank policies/procedures and customer instructions
  • Making sure request are actioned before the cut of guidelines
  • Complete work in a way that shows customer ownership and team support in problem resolution
  • Recognise issues requiring escalation and act accordingly.
  • Ensure attendance & avoid unscheduled leaves
