About the Role

The Analyst is responsible for Ensuring accurate processing of requests by the team along with effective allocation of work.Upskilling and cross skilling team members on various processes.Understanding the process changes and communicating the same to the team. Maintaining the updated process documents.Back up for Senior.Ensuring all items are cleared within SLA.Sending out Weekly/Monthly outstanding reports.Suggest and work on Process improvement ideas.

What will your day look like?


As Analyst, you will:

 

  • Manage and monitor the processing of daily requests in accordance with Bank policies/procedures and customer instructions
  • Proactively identify gaps in the process and place internal controls to mitigate any operational risk
  • Regularly review processing effectiveness and implement improved processes
  • Forecasting and Planning Volumes and Productivity
  • Focus on effective management of outstanding items
  • Monitors progress on outstanding matters
  • Mitigate risk to improve audit ratings
  • Deal with production related issues raised by staff
  • Efficient use of resources and turnaround times for key deliverables
  • Take responsibility for keeping the team informed on policy/procedural/operational/training issues
  • Exhibits high levels of process knowledge spread across.
