About the Role
This role is responsible for creating release reference and Settlement Instructions for Releases and rendering the best outcome to the customer. In-depth understanding of Releases process in detail is one of the key criteria for this role.

Role Location: Bengaluru
Work Hours: 8.5Hours/Day, Monday to Friday, Rotational Shift as per the business requirement
What will your day look like?
As Operations Support Officer, you will:
- Process items/events with timeliness and accuracy.
- Meet or exceed productivity standards.
- Handle queries from ANZ customers & staff.
- Provide continuing liaison with customers/Brokers/Solicitors through to final resolution.
- Exercise thorough credit worthiness assessment and sound decision-making
- Effectively communicate all credit decisions.
- Achieves progression to appropriate skill levels within agreed timeframes
