The Institutional domain will deliver full end-to-end world class products and services to our global Institutional, Corporate and Commercial and Retail customers across Asia. It will incorporate capabilities across areas of Investment Banking, Trading and Sales, Cash Management, Wholesale Lending and Trade Finance and with a single view of a customer to better integrate business and technology in creating a seamless customer experience. The domain will lead digital transformation in areas such as trade and supply chain management to create a seamless customer experience. 

•    Work in an regional team of Software/Systems Engineers focusing on the stability and reliability of Markets Operations (Middle and Back Office applications), ANZ in-house risk and pricing system
•    Manage end-to-end availability and performance of mission critical services and build automation to prevent problem recurrence.
•    Lead by example, care for the team, and establish credibility with the quality of the teams' technical execution.
•    Contribute to on-call rotations across continents, using a follow-the-sun model

Job Title : Site Reliability Engineer

 

What will you bring?

  • 2-4 years of experience in supporting applications based on both on-prem and Cloud infrastructure. 
  • Measure and optimize system performance, with an eye toward pushing our capabilities forward, getting ahead of customer needs, and innovating for continual improvement.
  • Run the production environment by monitoring availability and taking a holistic view of system health
  • Strong problem solving/troubleshooting skills.
  • Hands-on expertise in Windows servers administration and troubleshooting.
  • Experience working with one or more of the following Monitoring tools- ITRS, Splunk, Dynatrace, DataDog, Autosys etc.
  • Close collaboration with Developers, QA, Devops teams to improve services through rigorous testing and release procedures.
  • Monitoring application availability and taking holistic view of system health across multiple shifts.
  • Improve reliability, quality of the application by identifying and removing non-value added steps.
  • AWS cloud certification.
  • Strong scripting fundamentals in PowerShell, Unix Shell scripting, MS SQL etc.
  • Experience in Incident, Change and Release management process.
