About the Role
The role of a Operation Analyst is to ensure timely and accurate processing of work for both internal and external customers in line with expectations and within the agreed criteria set out in Service Level Agreements and established policies. The Senior Officer also supports the Team Leader/Production Lead with Production support and the wider functional team with SME knowledge and coaching.

Work Hours: Night Shift (1 am onwards)
What will your day look like?
As a Operations Analyst, you will:
- Drive the achievement of agreed financial targets for ANZ & NZ Operations
- Ensuring payments/transactions are allocated to customers’ accounts in a timely and accurate manner.
- Ensuring loans are loaded correctly and credit conditions have been checked in accordance with policy.
- Ensure the highest level of customer service support is provided in accordance with service level agreements including handoff procedures.
- Ensure the highest level of customer support to both external and internal customers (all departments)
- Make recommendations to management on continuous improvement ideas.
- Assist other team members with on-the-job training and knowledge sharing.
- Identify and recommend initiatives to improve the performance of the functional processes to management.
- Build collaborates with colleagues to enable objectives to be met. Back-up for the Production lead to manage his/her responsibilities.
- Communicate well with peers on shore and offshore to ensure customer expectations have been met and exceeded.
- Ensure standard of work is accurate to minimise operational losses and reputational risk.

- Knowledge of Banking products and procedures
- Efficient & effective in adapting to Change environment
- Preference will be given to commerce graduate.
- Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
- A sharp customer focus and a results-driven mindset, committed to delivering excellence
- Strong customer focus and Result Oriented.
