About the Role
To assist the Lending Processing Manager from Lending operational perspective.
Interact with Frontline / R&A and co-ordinate among the Hub and / or in-country teams to deliver loan fulfillment and life cycle management services. Support the team on other global / regional initiatives as and when required.. Staff should be well versed with Bilateral and Syndicated deals set up and maintenance.

What will your day look like?
- Provide consistent and professional satisfying services to internal (i.e. Relationship Manager and other relevant stakeholders) and external clients
- Address queries from stakeholders in a timely and professional manner
- Escalation of any concerns from customers/ stakeholders to Line Manager immediately
- Ensure all customer correspondence is clear and concise
- Consistently meet targets in terms of quality and accuracy to ensure that requests/transactions are actioned within SLAs
- Conduct checks before processing, ensuring all documents' details are accurate, verify transactions
- Respond to enquiries regarding the status on processing
- Good knowledge of systems and applications
- Accountability for Risk and Compliance
- Take initiative to identify potential risk of processes or services improvements, and present to Team Leader/Manager with the solutions and the benefits
- Facilitate Limit Loading, Razor Reporting and maintain internal processes / guidelines / policies in core systems i.e. Razor, Orion, OCP, Loan IQ, etc.
- Processing of data and documents as instructed within the Lending Ops environment
- Participate and facilitate the projects which assigned by the management
- Develop good working relationships with all stakeholders
- Be a team player, proactively provide assistance to other team members when require, participate in team meetings and take active part in team activities
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
- Relevant working experience in loan operations/credit administration, loan documentation, security documentation, knowledge of bilateral & syndicated loans, executed document checking and credit administration in bank environment for Corporate and Institutional customers. Understand operational mindset and strive to enhance efficiency of operational flow.
- The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team with particular emphasis on successfully building collaborative relationships internally and externally
- Good written and oral communication skills in English
- Ability to manage priorities and interact with relevant stakeholders to meet the deadlines.
- Self-motivated with strong organisational and co-ordinations skills
- Strong problem solving, analytical & decision-making ability - able to make sound decisions under pressure. Able to build strong, open & collaborative working relationships
- Proven ability to work efficiently and accurately demonstrating attention to detail and follow through.
- Ability to manage priorities and interact with relevant stakeholders to meet the deadlines
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and familiarity with other applications
