About the Role
As Journey Expert, you will be responsible for providing Test management / Project management services throughout User Acceptance Testing, Change Requests testing and Business Verification Test phases for some of the major Payment products.
What will your day look like?
- Strong expertise is required in end-to-end test management of complex testing projects and in liaising with Business stakeholders for planning, execution and delivery of the projects in timely manner.
- You will be responsible for coordinating with in house ANZ Automation teams for Automation tool selection, overseeing Automation framework design and drive priority Automation projects in UAT.
- You should be able to leverage your professional experience and help in managing continuous process improvement initiatives in the team by doing timely gap analysis of existing QA processes and implementing process improvements as required.
- You should manage multiple project teams as a People Leader and work closely with the teams to manage their Performance, OKRs and Training requirements for driving skill improvement culture within team.
- You should be able to track, monitor and report status of key UAT deliverables, ensure project level SLAs are met, be responsible for analysing project level Test Metrics and provide insights to key Business and Product stakeholders.
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
- Minimum 10-12 years of proven expertise in managing large-scale testing projects, preferably in Payments domain.
- Strong experience in managing all phases of Software Test Life Cycle for multiple projects in parallel and ensuring quality and delivery standards are met.
- Well-rounded experience in Strategizing, Planning, Estimations, Schedule management and good exposure to various testing methodologies / testing types, Testing tools.
- Experience in tracking key Test Metrics and KPIs across projects
- Proficiency in establishing standard QA practices and driving process improvement initiatives.
- Driven large scale projects in Waterfall, Agile methodologies.
- Exposure to various Automation tools and demonstrable experience in managing Automation projects.
- Proven expertise in Stakeholder engagement, Business communication and presentation skills
- Experienced People Manager with proven expertise in handling multiple project teams, managing their Performances and training requirements.
- Good to have competencies– relevant industry certifications in Software Testing and Project Management.
