About the role

The role of an Analyst within one of our Agile squads is to support the Product Owner, Scrum Master and Engineers towards success, whilst working on tasks that align with your domain of expertise.

What will your day look like

You will be responsible to see through the lifecycle of the initiative from inception all the way through to transition by adhering to the ADF delivery framework. This includes:

• Translating business objectives and requirements into user stories and business solution.

• Collaborating with engineers to translate business requirements into workable technology outcomes 

• Assisting with the coordination & facilitation of workshops & synthesizing the outputs 

• Partnering with the Product Owner to validate requirements, prioritisation and alignment to business value 

• Supporting the preparation of key artefacts eg: operational risk assessments, data impact assessments, group outsourcing compliance, Enterprise Cloud Control Framework (ECCF),etc 

• Supporting planning, implementation, and execution of the solutions 

• Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
