About the Role
As a Specialist, BG&C in our T&C Division, you’ll play a key role in supporting the end-to-end management of non-financial risk for the T&C Division. This role operates within the team responsible for testing of controls in line with the NFR Framework to seek to ensure an effective control environment is in place for the T&C Division. The role is expected to work collaboratively with peers across the Divisional BG&C function and with Control Owners across the Division. The role will also support the T&C Amplified Program Lead and team in managing the I.AM adoption and implementation for T&C.
This role is accountable for Enterprise-wide control management
• Support T&C Adoption Lead and Risk Theme Leads on delivering the adoption programs in a timely manner. The adoption includes deliverables on change management, transformation and remediation of gaps and issues.
• Manage and track the remediation and treatment plans of each risk theme to ensure timely resolution
• Facilita te the implementation of the Playbooks on the T&C Risk Theme Readiness, Hyper-care and BAU readiness.
Support on the risk theme readiness for People Risk which includes:

Supporting the set up of enterprise-wide controls

Updating stakeholders on key milestones, deliverable risks and program status

Managing the roll-out of the program deliverables to 33 countries in combination with change and communication plans

What will your day look like?
- Manage Control testing and remediation practice and plan development across portfolios
- Support the Division with reviewing their risk profile and control environment
- Review and validate the controls that exist in the control's environment
- Control objectives and compliance support (incl. support of control design)
- Work across the Division and Control Owners to develop remediation plans
- Work collaboratively across BG&C Enablement and Support functions to help drive efficient outcomes for T&C in support of end-to-end risk and controls services

- Group Program includes Group PMO requirements.

What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Have strong analytical and structured thinking.
• 6 to 8 Years of years.
• Project management experience.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Knowledge of assurance activities needed to support Institutional Operations
• Well-developed influencing and negotiation skills.
• Investigation experience.
