To perform a variety of pre settlement tasks and processes, such as perform pre-checks as specified, verify documents, prepare progress draw requests and other tasks in relation to the resolution of customer requests.

What will your day look like?

As a Banking Operations Analyst, you will:

Develop a strong understanding of customer queries and concerns by gathering and analyzing relevant information, ensuring all available sources are thoroughly explored.
Perform tasks in alignment with the Bank’s policies, procedures, and standards, applying business knowledge effectively in day-to-day responsibilities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with ANZ customers and internal stakeholders through clear and consistent two-way communication.
Handle queries from customers and staff, providing end-to-end resolution while maintaining professionalism in all email and phone interactions.
Proactively keep customers informed in line with established processes and service standards.
Manage work allocation by prioritizing and distributing tasks efficiently among team members.
Resolve or escalate complex issues to the Manager in a timely manner.
Ensure accurate and timely reporting of work outcomes to the Team Leader on a daily basis.

What will you bring?

To grow and be successful in the role, you will ideally bring the following:

Candidate should have minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in mortgage process.
Strong problem-solving, critical thinking abilities, communication & email etiquette skills, attention to detail, and Adaptability.
A graduate degree, preferably with a background in Financial Accounting.
Effective people management and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage complex cases and escalations, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring quick turnaround times.
