About the Role
As a Murex MxML & Back Office Developer you will be responsible for proposing solutions, doing the design & build involving MX3 post trade workflows, BO configurations & MXML Integration.
This role will require a good financial markets background across a range of asset classes (IRD, Forex, Fixed income & commodities).

What will your day look like?
As a Developer, you will:
• Work closely with the Business users within the Domain to understand the requirements. Analyse the requirements provided & provide a robust solution for the Bank.
• Work closely with the Stream lead & provide regular updates to stream lead on progress of JIRA’s.
• Post analysis & once solution is thought through, provide an estimation of the dev work for the Stream lead. Start dev & handover the work to QA & Release management team.
• Use CI CD pipeline to check in code in code repository & provide proper comments on the code for future understanding.
• Work along with a team so that as a team the solution can be delivered together.
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
• 2-4 years of Murex Development experience
• Good knowledge of post trade workflows – Business & Exchange workflows.
• Understanding of the Murex system as a whole & have a can do attitude
• Good understanding of capital market products
• Familiarity with mxres configuration files, and launcher flags
• Good exposure to writing/coding MxML formulas (XSL, XMLF, SQL etc.)
• Basic Unix experience
• Understanding of Trade Life Cycle
• Knowledge on financial instruments such as Interest Rate Derivatives, Credit Derivatives, Currency Derivatives, Swaps, Futures, Options, FRA, etc
Good to have:
• Pre trade coding knowledge
