As an Engineer – SAP Ariba, you will join our Procurement Technology team within the Enterprise Finance domain, responsible for building and operating our Source-to-Pay (S2P) platforms.

We believe technology is fundamental to simplifying procurement processes—enabling efficient, compliant, and scalable solutions across our enterprise.

As an SAP Ariba Engineer, you are passionate about delivering end-to-end Source-to-Pay solutions and consistently apply best practices across implementations, integrations, and platform optimisation. You have deep expertise across Ariba modules and integrations with ERP systems, and you bring strong functional and technical capabilities to drive independent delivery. With experience across multiple S2P implementations, you are well-versed in procurement processes, system integrations, and compliance requirements.

What will your day look like?

• Work in a collaborative team to explore procurement business initiatives and technology solutions
• Design, implement and enhance SAP Ariba solutions across sourcing, contracts, SLP, and Ariba Network
• Lead and contribute to end-to-end Source-to-Pay implementations across the full project lifecycle
• Design and support integrations between Ariba and ERP systems (e.g., SAP ECC/S/4HANA, PeopleSoft) using integration platforms such as CPI, CIG, or equivalent
• Utilize strong knowledge of procurement processes including sourcing, contracting, supplier onboarding, purchasing, and invoicing
• Identify opportunities for automation, simplification, and continuous improvement across procurement workflows
• Ensure solutions meet risk, compliance, and audit requirements including access controls and traceability
• Support supplier enablement and adoption of Ariba Network capabilities
• Leverage emerging technologies and AI-powered tools to improve process efficiency and user experience
• Challenge the status quo, whilst always looking for opportunities for continuous improvement

• Must have 10+ years of relevant experience in SAP Ariba and Source-to-Pay domain
• Certification in SAP Ariba (Upstream/Downstream modules) is highly preferable but not mandatory
• Strong experience across multiple Ariba modules including Sourcing, Contracts, Supplier Lifecycle & Performance (SLP), and Ariba Network
• Proven experience delivering end-to-end Ariba implementations across project lifecycle (design, build, test, deploy)
• Experience integrating Ariba with ERP systems (SAP, PeopleSoft, or similar) using middleware platforms (CPI, CIG, OIC, etc.)
• Strong understanding of procurement processes, controls, and compliance requirements
• Experience working within cross-functional, agile or continuous delivery teams
• Ability to work independently as an SME and drive solutions with minimal supervision
• A growth mindset and desire to continually learn and stay updated with latest SAP Ariba capabilities and industry standards
