About the Role
As a DR Analyst you will provide solid technical knowledge and deep working understanding of service continuity and availability to ensure all ANZ computer systems and applications, including people and functions therein, continue to provide service, with minimum disruption, even under extreme conditions. You will be an ambassador of the new culture and ways of working providing personal development for people in your teams.

What will your day look like?
As a Systems/ Tech Analyst, you are accountable to:

Ensuring customer needs and requirements are met within service level agreements.

Establish and maintain a good relationship with System and Function Owners to ensure service continuity and availability meet agreed performance levels.

Ensure appropriate forward planning based on service continuity and availability standards.

Ensure that new services and changes to services will be deliverable and manageable according to agreed continuity and availability

Understanding support team functions and structures.

Understanding infrastructure and application operational requirements.

Identifying deficiencies in existing process and/or opportunities to improve existing processes for efficiency gains.

Building trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Understanding customer service metrics (i.e. customer satisfaction, complaints, Service Level Agreements, compliance measures) and developing reports against target metrics, deriving meaningful insights and putting relevant actions plans in place.

Promoting the new culture and ways of working.
What will you bring?
- Demonstrable experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Develop and maintain a high level understanding of the internal and external requirements, including regulatory, for DR and BC to ensure the continuity strategy enables a business to meet those requirements.
- A good ‘all-round’ technical background to ensure you can provide guidance and expertise on ‘best practices’ for how to build, manage and plan for disasters.
- Experience working in an ITSM environment, with awareness of ITIL v3 Foundations, ITIL v3 practitioner certifications or similar/higher qualifications.
- The ability to develop relationships with a diverse range of client stakeholders.
- Drive positive change and facilitate the maturity of our processes, ensuring they are “fit for purpose”.
