About the Role
The Compliance Control Room is responsible for supporting business units to identify and manage conflicts of interest. The team provides reporting and policy support associated to information barriers, employee personal account dealing and employee personal conflicts.
As a Reporting & Analytics Associate you’ll play a key role in helping the team provie stakeholder reporting insights and policy awareness.
Role Location: Bangalore
Role Type: Permanent, Fulltime
What will your day look like?
As a Reporting & Analytics Associate, you will:
- Provide data insights and trend reporting for Business and Risk stakeholders for Conflict of Interest data
- Maintenance and development of VBA and Microsoft Access macros
- Perform compliance testing of ANZ Employee Personal Trading to ensure compliance with ANZ Trading policies.
- Contribute to the oversight and development of Conflict of Interest policy awareness.
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
- 5–7 years of relevant experience in data analytics, reporting, or compliance roles
- Financial Markets Trading Product knowledge
- Confident preparing and analysing large data sets.
- Experience providing stakeholder reporting and communicating insights
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Data Visualisation skills
- Ability to effectively communicate data insights and present to all stakeholders (technical and non-technical).
