What will your day look like?

 

  • This role is part of Risk Information Delivery’s Capital & Provisioning Analytics and Insights team.
  • The role holder will be responsible for, ensuring monitoring the accuracy of the Credit Metrics (RWA/ECL/Provision) calculation in the bank’s systems, and delivery of information to regulators and internal stakeholders, ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory standards and researching acting as an advisory role with regard to technical interpretation of issues.
  • Assist in meeting ANZ specific Risk reporting requirements which involves preparation of Committee packs, regulatory reporting returns and supporting Management review. 
  • Queries are to be resolved timely, and an important feature of the role is to strive for continual improvement in reporting processes.

What will you bring?

 

  • Experience of 8+ working in Risk domain, good understanding of Credit Metrics and involved in business analysis for building data assets or reporting solutions.

  • Proven experience in business analytics and problem solving.

  • Engage key stakeholders to ensure full understanding of business partner requirements, helping to shape deliverables within the broader risk information delivery strategy.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, and confidence with engaging and presenting to senior management

  • Strong data skills in using SQL for data analysis, interpreting and de-constructing data assets used for reporting. Hands on experience in using SAS/R/Python is an added advantage.

  • Exposure to SAS/R/Tableau/Qlik View/Qlik Sense is desired.

  • Excellent relationship management and influencing skills.

  • Excellent time management - the ability to prioritise conflicting issues in a professional/risk-based manner.
