About the Role

As a TPRM Strategy & Products Senior Specialist in our Tech COO, you’ll play a key role in helping defining and delivering the TPRM strategy and strategic initiatives and providing service ownership for TPRMHub service delivery.

In this role you will be part of a cross-border /multi-jurisdictional team that:

• Develops, maintains and executes TPRMs strategy and continuous improvement program in line with better industry practices and evolving regulator expectations.

• Drives the design, development and deployment of enhancements to the TPRMHub solution, with a focus on useability and simplicity.

What will your day look like?

As TPRM Strategy & Products Senior Specialist you take direction from the TPRM Strategy & Products Lead and Manager will be responsible for:

• Supporting the delivery and maintenance of the TPRM Continuous Improvement (CI) Program including requirements definition and management of backlog items

• Supporting the maintenance and uplift of the TPRM business rules / decision tress in line with Risk Theme Owner requirements and under the direction of the Strategy and Products Lead

• Supporting the setting of the TPRM functional performance criteria and end-to-end TPRM user journeys

• Supporting key TPRM stakeholders in line with the agreed TPRM strategy and service delivery guidelines

What will you bring?

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

• 5+ years third-party risk knowledge and/or specific risk domain/procurement processes and policies in the financial services industry, preferably for TPRM as part of a cross-border team
• Analytical and problem-solving skills coupled with knowledge /experience of ANZ’s TPRMHub operations and management
• Demonstrated track record of working to deadlines and taking responsibility for delivering allocated tasks /activities efficiently
• Able to take direction with proven ability to work in a team and proactively contribute ideas to continuously improve team performance
• Demonstrated customer lens and affinity
