About the Role

The role is to support analytical capabilities within Group Risk Information Delivery under the broader Risk group. You will work with the team to ensure that priorities are delivered and contribute towards the creation of cross functional and agile team.

You’ll play a key role in helping to establish Risk Data Hub (on Google Cloud), SQL, SAS, Qlik, and Tableau dashboards are the strategic data and Visualization platforms used across the Risk Division.

What will your day look like?

• Work with business analysts and key stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate requirements into data onboarding requirements for Risk Data Hub.
• Source and analyse data to provide quality insight and actionable recommendations.
• Leveraging tools for optimal collaboration and knowledge sharing (Confluence, JIRA, SharePoint etc.).
• Gather functional and non-functional requirements.
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to move the Risk Data to Cloud (RDH-GCP)
• Use of Tableau or Qlikview as a Data Visualization tool to influence efficiency gains while also ensuring business awareness of resulting operational and compliance risk
• Develop understanding of collected business data through investigation and discussion with business partners. 

What will you bring?

• Overall Experience: 5+ years of demonstrated expertise in a Business Intelligence Developer role with good communication, presentation, and data analysis skills
• Strong ability to translate data insights into practical technical and business solutions.
• Should have Hands-on knowledge and good experience with any one of the technologies like GCP, SQL, SAS etc
• Strong Development knowledge in any of the BI Visualization tools like Tableau, Qlikview & Qlik sense.
• Knowledge & Experience in Git, DBT Models, Data Modelling, GCP Code Migration & Deployment will be an added advantage.
• Analytical and inquisitive mindset to continuously improve the level of data insights.
• Strong Knowledge of SQL. (Knowledge on Python would be an added advantage)
• Familiar with agile methodologies and product development lifecycle.
