The Senior Officer – Lending Operations/Institutional Operations is responsible for providing support to Relationship Managers with timely and accurate maintenance of customer data (including financials), and transaction processing.

The position contributes to the team by ensuring high customer service standards are maintained, minimizing process errors by fully complying with sanction policies and operation procedures, and in return, contributes to business profitability.

Ensure financial targets are met

Work with the relevant business units and functions to increase knowledge and understanding of their environment, products, structure and compliance issues/needs.

Work proactively with offshore locations to understand their environments and assist in identification of impacts of new and changing internal and external compliance obligations

Process of bank facility and deal as instructed within the Loan Operation environment

Maintenance and updating of bank records e.g. security details, 119 authorisation, etc.

Control facility documentations to ensure they are current, secure and complete

Role Type: Full time / 2-Year Fixed Term  

What will you bring?

 

To grow and be successful in the role, you will ideally bring the following:

 

  • Demonstrated years Institutional Banking Operation experience, preferably in Lending Operation area; Familiar with local regulation

  • Experience with ANZ local systems within Instutional, including but not limited to MIDANZ, Razoe, LEADS, OCP, and CreditLens

  • Exposure to Microsoft applications such as Word and Excel would be advantageous

  • Sound foundation of financial accounting background and applicable skillsets

  • Ability to follow up on documentation processing

  • Able to demonstrate as a team player
