About the Role

As a Pega Decisioning analyst, supporting the Data and Decisioning within our Australia Business Transformation, your mission is to design and implement the decisioning solutions that meet the business requirements. You will use Agile methods to design and deliver business and technical solutions for initiatives within the ANZ Transformation program. You will work in a dynamic and changing environment and adapt quickly.

What will your day look like?

• Create detailed designs and manage marketing artifacts in Pega CDH environment. 
• Apply design principles of Decision Strategies, Next-Best-Action configurations, and Predictive and Adaptive Analytics.  
• Make changes to decisioning related rules and artifacts using Pega 1:1 Operations Manager 
• Assist with persona testing and integration testing of new or modified business logic and diagnose application issues 
• Implement channel integration designs to support NBAs across paid and owned channels. 
• Run and monitor Campaigns in Production environments. 
• Collaborate with Product owners and initiative leads to deliver solutions 
• Ensure application design adheres to ANZ standards, controls and best practices.
• Work closely with Solution Architects and technical leads across squads to refine the design and optimise applications for scale. 

What will you bring?

• Deep experience in designing and implementing features of Pega CDH, data management and integrations. 
• Pega Certification of Pega Decisioning Consultant. 
• Experience with setting adaptive models and measuring performance. 
• Experience with Customer Profile Designer, BOE, 1:1 Operations Manager, etc. 
• Strong collaboration, presentation, and written skills. 
• Understanding of Cloud, data and integration platforms is a must have. 
• Ability to identify risks and issues and propose solutions effectively. 
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in large sized projects. 
• Growth mindset and a problem solver. 
• Ability to work independently with senior stakeholders. 
• Can appreciate difficult problems and work autonomously on tasks with complexity.
