• Manage workflows, SLAs and associated reports

• Sound Lending process knowledge. Expertise in Documentation and Limits profile is mandatory.

What will your day look like?

• Ensure all service requests are completed inline with agreed SLAs

• Increase Customer Satisfaction

• Maintain up to date knowledge of products & process to ensure the ability to accurately answer lending and collateral queries

• Provide appropriate service in a prompt manner

• Work in partnership with Operations Manager, Team Leaders & Trainers to ensure trends are identified & managed and that a focus on quality is delivered   

• Ensure a high level of quality is maintained

•  Ensure data integrity in all core systems and documentation.

• Workflow management and assigning to available resources

• Ensure timely monitoring of all SLAs

• Identify opportunities for coaching & development

• Act as central liaison point for all Operations team members

• Support of Operations Managers, Team Leaders & Trainers

• Actively contribute to the engagement & culture of ANZ Private Operations

• Assists Team Leader in work allocation

• Acts as a first point of call for team mates with process related questions 

• Be an approving officer of transactions that require segregation of duty.

• Be flexible to work in night shift always

• Ensure all services delivered comply with ANZ Group governance requirements, policies, processes and standards and with legal and regulatory requirements.

• Maintain confidentiality/privacy where required

What will you bring?

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

• Thorough knowledge of Loans, Limits and Documentation process of Lending is mandatory. 

• LIQ Knowledge is Mandatory.

• Demonstrated strong engagement and influencing skills

• Knowledge and understanding of the ANZ Operational Risk Framework and associated policies ​

• Demonstrated ability to self-manage and deliver results under tight timeframes.

• High level of attention to detail
