About the Role

As an ANZ T&C (HR) Learning Product Owner and a vital part of the T&C Technology Extended leadership team, you'll manage key HR products related to Learning processes across the Employee Life Cycle.  By leading the Digital Employee Experience Technology Learning team, you will collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional partners to design, implement, and support our application services with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors and ServiceNow ensuring that they meet our people-focused objectives and enhance stakeholder and employee success.

 

Essential skills encompass knowledge of HR processes through the employee lifecycle, leading requirement discussions, performing fit-gap analysis, prototyping, configuring systems, converting data, testing, and defect management.

What will your day look like?

  • Delivery of product functionality, including SAP SuccessFactors Learning to enable HR strategy and ensure product performance meets key indicators.
  • Collaboration with Global Digital Employee Experience Leaders and Global Talent Management & Learning SMEs to support business process improvements and functionality enhancements.
  • Leading HR continuous improvement projects, including requirements, design, testing, implementation, training, and end-user support.
  • Manage implementation/upgrade schedules to minimize disruptions and maximize usage of new capabilities.
  • Develop and implement strategies for comprehensive product lifecycle management.
  • Engage with third-party contacts to establish, develop, and review product roadmaps and services available to ANZ. 
  • Contribute to the long-term vision and strategy that defines the big HR problems and tie it to the product vision for SAP SuccessFactors and Service Now and other HR functional areas to define, recommend, prioritize, and implement solutions aligning with strategic goals. 
  • Work closely with stakeholders and internal technology partners to architect technology solutions based on industry best practices needed to drive business alignment. 
  • Collaborate with Business Product Owners to create technical user stories based on business-defined features that align with SAP SuccessFactors and ServiceNow configuration and other supported Learning solutions. 
  • Provide technical support for enhancements to Talent Management solutions and regular SAP SuccessFactors releases by identifying impacts to the current configuration and coordinating any required testing to minimize the solution's adverse effects. 

What will your day look like2?

  • Recognize available options and select the appropriate course of action to continuously improve solutions and delivery processes with the highest business value. Proactively identify, resolve, or bring up issues, concerns, and impediments to get the project developed with efficiency and maximum effectiveness.
  • Function as the conduit between Technology and business partners to ensure alignment between business and IT and ensure projects are delivered seamlessly.
  • Work closely with the scrum master to ensure delivery of the prioritized backlog.
  • Work closely with the Technology team to ensure acceptance criteria are met and business value realized.
  • Create and maintain product and release requirements backlog. Work with HR counterparts to negotiate and prioritize enhancements rolled out to the organization.
  • Coordinate and lead testing efforts while contributing to the employee experience with end-user focus, collaboration, and transparency.
  • Facilitate demos for stakeholders to get feedback on in progress enhancements and solutions.
  • Work with technical resources to maintain platform health, explore continuous improvement options, and assist with troubleshooting/resolving escalated product issues.
  • Align business priorities and make trade-off decisions across multiple collaborator concerns.
  • Balance priorities between strategic new enhancements and ongoing production support.
  • Establish project management discipline and governance processes to support initiatives end to end, from project planning through testing to delivery, to ensure a successful end-user experience for all new deployments and ongoing maintenance of SAP SuccessFactors and integrations.
  • Lead and develop a team of configuration specialists and analysts with a focus on process design and enablement

Customer Relationship Development and Management

  • Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders by managing stakeholder relationships and communications at all stages of the delivery.
  • Continuously develop our service offering and value proposition for the T&C Technology team.
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts across the business to extract required knowledge.
  • Role-modelling and promoting ANZ values, Create. Deliver. Together behaviours and our aspirational culture and leading the team to do the same

What will you bring?

  • Experience in leading teams in SaaS/Agile product life cycle development.
  • Extensive experience as an HR Product Owner, Portfolio Owner or Business Analyst
  • Extensive experience with SAP SuccessFactors HCM; certification Learning required.  Global experience with SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, and other HR vendors is highly desirable.
  • Experience with Product Roadmap development and influencing key collaborators for consensus on business priorities. Ability to facilitate complex discussions.
  • Experience in Project Management with a focus on design, development, testing, and delivery, including writing user stories for integration with third-party providers.
  • Previous consulting experience working with global companies / Exposure to Internal project work.
  • Organized, self-motivated, highly adaptable, detail-oriented, and strongly desires to embrace change and solve problems.
  • Outstanding leadership and motivational skills, including a willingness to empower and inspire commitment and a positive team attitude.
  • Ability and/or experience to work independently as well as in a team environment through collaboration and consultation skills while working with individuals from all backgrounds and organizational levels and across functional areas Planning and coordinating of own and/or team's work activities to meet commitments and quality expectations.
  • Ability to translate customer business requirements to technical solution requirements.
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills with excellent executive presence
  • Good knowledge of HCM concepts and HR processes
  • Employee experience mindset and human centred design principles

Qualification

SF Learning Certification
Employee Central highly desired.
Additional SF module certifications a plus.
