About the Role

Our Journey Experts are responsible for a range of functions in BPS.  This Journey Expert opportunity helps define and run  the operating model and ways of working for our vendor squads. Working in the Technology Partner Management Squad (TPMS) you will provide operational governance of delivery of services by our vendors​, support adherence to our governance framework, guide performance improvement and ensure accurate reporting of vendor performance data

What will your day look like?

As a Journey Expert, you will:

• Help in setting up an efficient vendor governance framework
• Define the associated operating model and ways of working
• Support the feedback loop to improve vendor squad performance
• Ensure accurate reporting of vendor performance data
• Define requirements in a complex and challenging environment through facilitation skills and elicitation techniques
• Support the TPMS PO in the efficient functioning of the squad, including playing the role of scrum master if required

Embedding a culture of learning, empowerment, rapid experimentation, adaptability and collaboration

What will you bring?

• Prior experience in vendor management/governance and relationship management
• Contract management and review knowledge
• Tracking SLA/KPIs
• Operations knowledge/ITSM/ITIL experience
• Ability to develop and implement innovative solutions, test the outcomes, and iterate
• Business analysis skills, facilitation skills, including elicitation techniques and the ability to define requirements in complex and challenging environment
• Rich experience working in an Agile / Scrum team and proficient in Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Developed personal expertise or deep domain knowledge and contributed to the development of others’ expertise and capability
• Successfully built a network of strong relationships and influencing key stakeholders
• Exposure to data analysis including reporting, dashboards and tooling such as Qlik sense, Qualtrics, Service Now is preferred
• Process analysis & improvements and change management knowledge is preferred
• Project management and governance with an understanding of the whole SDLC life cycle
• Knowledge and experience in digital identity and security is preferred
