We’re looking for experienced marketers who know how to turn complexity into clarity, and change into an experiences customers can understand and trust. You’ll help shape how transformation shows up in market, designing engaging, customer-first communications that feel distinctly different from traditional change comms.
You will have the opportunity to help set a new benchmark for how one of New Zealand’s largest organisations communicates major change to customers.

Role Location: Auckland/Wellington
Role Type: 18 months Fixed-Term
Role Hours: 37.5hrs per week, Monday to Friday

In this role, you will:

Translate complex technology and change into clear, targeted communications that help customers move through change with confidence.

Partner with stakeholders across the business to shape communication strategies that bring this bank-wide transformation to life for customers

Use this transformation as a catalyst to reimagine the future state of customer communications

To grow and be successful in the role, you will ideally bring the following:
- Hands-on direct marketing experience delivering targeted, multi-channel communication that drive measurable customer engagement
- Exceptional attention to detail with curiosity to question and challenge the status quo.
- Strong data and segmentation skills to personalise communications and experiences Ability to turn complex ideas into simple, compelling messages that resonate with customers Confidence influencing stakeholders with excellent communication skills Proven delivery skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and hit deadlines You’re not expected to have 100% of these skills.
