Mō te tūranga - About the role

As the Senior Manager, Technology Oversight within ANZ’s Second Line Risk function, you’ll play a pivotal role in strengthening how we identify, assess, and manage technology risk across the organisation. Technology is a critical enabler of our strategy, and this role sits at the heart of ensuring it is governed safely, responsibly, and effectively.

This role offers real breadth and impact. You’ll lead robust review and challenge activities, deliver insightful reporting and opinions, and provide pragmatic advisory support that helps lift capability and embed best‑practice risk management across Technology.

Banking is changing, and we’re changing with it. At ANZ, you’ll be encouraged to think differently, grow your expertise, and shape the future—while helping us build a safer, stronger bank for our customers.

Role Type: Permanent, full‑time
Role Location: Tāmaki Makaurau or Te Whanganui‑a‑Tara (Auckland or Wellington)

Please note, we are recruiting for two positions in this team. One will focus on Information Security (including Cyber) and one on Operational Resilience.
