We have an exciting opportunity to become a Senior Reliability Engineer in a new MarTech Reliability squad, within the Personalisation area. The team will focus on support, reliability and automation for the MarTech application eco system.

• Focus on the design, support and reliability of MarTech platforms

• Build monitoring solutions that provide actionable insights on platform performance

• Support and enable development teams to iterate faster through to Production

• Split your time between Platform support and improving stability and efficiency of the eco system

• Remove toil through automation of repeatable tasks

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally be:

• People oriented, with a passion for developing others

• Experienced in operating multiple platforms; particularly for Data, Cloud and Marketing platforms

• Knowledgeable in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering & Infrastructure as Code practices

• Proactively seeks out opportunities for improvement

• Able to influence and communicate with stakeholders
