About the Role
As a Senior Process Analyst in our Process Practice, you’ll play a key role modelling process maps using Signavio and using frameworks such as APQC.
The role supports the delivery of the strategic Operational Resilience Process through modelling the process maps (L4) which execute the Critical Operations, using BPMN in Signavio. The role will add identified controls and dependencies to the process maps in Signavio.
This role works closely with the Process Lead, BG&C Lead, Process Chapter Lead, Risk and other stakeholders to ensure our process deliverables are achieved.

Hours: Standard 37.5 hrs
What will your day look like?
You will be responsible for:
- Participating in discovery & planning for your assigned Critical Operation Modelling process. This will be done in conjunction with the Process Lead.
- Working with the Subject Matter Experts to model the process maps (L4) using BPMN in Signavio.
- Walking through and validating the documented process maps
- Adding the required attributes for each process map in Signavio.
- Liaising with a Risk representative to add controls for each process map in Signavio.
- Identifying and adding Critical data Elements for his process map in Signavio.
- Actively attending weekly standups and managing Jira tickets assigned to you.
- Attending required project and team meetings
- Sharing knowledge generously and contributing to a collaborative team culture
What will you bring?
To thrive and excel in this role, you should ideally possess the following:
Must-have:
- Hands on modelling experiences using BPMN.
- Working knowledge of Signavio
- Stakeholder Management.
- Elicitation and facilitation skills.
- Effective communication skills including the ability to present processes to all levels of stakeholders.
- A growth mindset and desire to continually learn and share new techniques and ideas
Good-to-have:
- Experience in business transformation or change initiatives.
- Exposure to Critical Operations, Risks and Controls within the Banking industry.
- Familiarity with process frameworks such as APQC
- Strong analytical skills for assessing information and making recommendations.
- Exposure to Agile environments.
