About the role


We have an exciting opportunity to lead a new team in the quickly evolving Personalisation area.  The team will focus on support, reliability and automation for the MarTech application eco system.

A few of the opportunities in this role…

  • Develop, empower and lead the MarTech Engineering Squad to provide reliable, available and performant MarTech platforms

  • Grow your people into effective high performing squad teams members

  • Support and enable development teams to iterate faster through to Production

  • Establish and strengthen working relationships across multiple technical teams

  • Provide monitoring & support to quickly identify & resolve incidents

  • Be in active participant in defining and delivering the MarTech technology roadmap

  • Ensure teams have a model in place for continuous improvement and foster a culture of empowerment.


What will you bring?


To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally be:


  • People oriented, with a passion for developing others

  • Experience in Agile ways of working, DevOps concepts and Reliability Engineering principles

  • Proactively seeks out opportunities for improvement

  • Able to influence and communicate with stakeholders

  • Possess collaborative leadership skills that encourage knowledge sharing and working together to solve problems
