We’re looking for a collaborative Product Manager to drive financial and customer outcomes by ensuring our products remain competitive, well-managed, and aligned with our strategic direction. Your work will support key initiatives that enhance customer experience and contribute to the success of the wider team.
In this role, you’ll offer insights to improve performance and act as a trusted subject matter expert. You’ll also help shape internal and external messaging, embed strong risk practices, and work closely with stakeholders to deliver meaningful, customer-focused outcomes.

As Product Manager – Everyday Banking, you’ll be at the heart of shaping and delivering products that make a real difference for our customers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Contributing to the development and delivery of the Everyday Banking strategy, helping drive performance and meaningful customer outcomes
- Leading and supporting initiatives that enhance the customer experience, working collaboratively with stakeholders across the value chain
- Acting as a trusted subject matter expert, providing guidance on product matters and managing escalations and approvals with care and confidence
- Monitoring portfolio performance, analysing key metrics, and sharing insights to inform continuous improvement
- Supporting the growth and capability of our frontline lenders through clear, timely communications, training, and reference materials
- Assisting with internal and external communications to ensure messaging is consistent, engaging, and aligned with our values
- Offering support to your teammates across the Everyday Banking team, fostering a culture of collaboration and shared success
- Ensuring all activities are aligned with ANZ’s policies, processes, and strategic direction
- Upholding compliance with the Global Product Management Policy across all product initiatives
- Embedding strong non-financial risk management practices into your everyday work to ensure safe and sustainable outcomes

You’re someone who brings an experienced, proactive approach to your work, with a strong sense of ownership and a genuine desire to make a positive impact. To thrive in this role, you’ll ideally have:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence and empathy to engage across all levels of the organisation — from frontline staff to senior leaders
- Proven experience in the Banking and Financial Services industry, with sound knowledge of Everyday Banking products and the Visa Debit market
- A strong sense of accountability, with the ability to lead and manage delivery plans for key initiatives from start to finish
- A highly motivated and adaptable mindset, able to navigate change and manage multiple priorities
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams from diverse backgrounds and capabilities to deliver shared outcomes
- A solid background in product management, complemented by experience in change management, project management, and risk management
- A structured approach to thinking, problem-solving, decision-making, planning, and prioritisation
