The Procurement Manager for People & Professional Services is critical to making this happen. In this stimulating and varied role you will provide strategic procurement leadership over a diverse portfolio with a substantial overall spend. As part of a global ANZ Procurement team, you will work collaboratively with senior stakeholders to ensure that business needs are understood and that sound strategic commercial solutions are sourced, implemented and managed effectively. Other key responsibilities of the role will include the following:

Support the People & Professional services portfolio and take time to understand the strategic cost management objectives and develop initiatives to deliver agreed outcomes

Manage the full source to pay process, from tenders to supplier onboarding, setting up purchasing methods and managing ongoing contract lifecycle.

Maximise the potential of the sourcing function to improve commercial outcomes.

Proactively manage business risks through structured service arrangements.

Provide on-going contract management support (including claim dispute management and variation negotiation).

Build relationships and actively integrate with the wide Procurement team across all ANZ geographies.

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

Experience in strategic sourcing and vendor management to meet stakeholder requirements.

Track record in business partnering with key stakeholders, at varying levels within a large/complex organization

Proven ability to manage all aspects of the source to pay process along with on-going performance management.

Project management skills including the management of risks, problem solving and the meeting of deadlines.

Evidence of sound judgment and ethical behaviour in making and influencing quality decisions.

Demonstrated technological, financial and organisational skills.
-
Sound knowledge of commercial and contract law and statutory requirements.

Be a self-starter who enjoys being part of a team delivering great outcomes.
