Mō te tūranga - About the role
As a Manager in NFR Enterprise, you’ll play a key role in supporting the NFR – Enterprise Lead to work with Business Units to ensure they manage Non-Financial Risk effectively and meet the requirements of ANZ I.AM Framework. This role will assist and support the Non-Financial Risk teams in implementing the I.AM Framework and provide advice as needed in relation to the I.AM Framework. The role will need to foster strong and effective working relationships across the NFR Teams, business and risk partners.

As a Manager NFR – Enterprise, you will:
- Be responsible for the development, maintenance, and implementation of the Non-Financial Risk Framework (including associated procedures and tools that support engagement models to drive consistent practices across ANZ Aotearoa)
- Be responsible for developing and maintaining collaborative relationships with key internal stakeholders to drive proactive, consistent and co-ordinated approach to management of non-financial Risk
- Contribute to building collaborative relationship to enable business and non-financial risk objectives to be achieved
- Contribute to the provision of secure, compliant, efficient, cost-effective and value-adding non-financial risk services
