The Executive Assistant position is a dynamic and impactful role with a broad range of responsibilities. Your day-to-day activities may include:

 

  • Efficiently manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings across multiple priorities, oversee inbox workflows, and arrange comprehensive travel plans—including detailed itineraries, accommodations, and logistics 
  • Provide comprehensive executive support, ensuring all traditional administrative responsibilities are handled with accuracy and timeliness. 
  • Craft clear, professional correspondence, often involving sensitive information, while maintaining the highest standards of discretion and confidentiality. 
  • Plan and deliver internal and external events, overseeing end-to-end logistics, venue coordination, and clear stakeholder communication to ensure seamless execution. 
  • Act as a trusted liaison between local and global teams, as well as external partners, facilitating effective communication and collaboration across multiple business units and stakeholders.
  • Consistently demonstrate ANZ values, fostering a customer-centric culture and promoting collaboration across teams and business units to build an inclusive, high-performing environment.

  • The ability to build strong relationships and work collaboratively across teams
  • A passion for creating a positive team culture and supporting wellbeing initiatives
  • Demonstrates flexibility and resilience, adapting quickly to changing priorities and meeting the demands of two fast-paced executives
  • Previous EA experience is a bonus, but not essential — we're looking for someone who brings strong initiative, a great attitude, and alignment with our values.
