Join our award winning Marketing team and help bring marketing campaigns to life.

 

As a Marketing Specialist, you’ll support the delivery of day-to-day marketing activity across one of our product and customer segments. Working closely with your squad and Senior Marketing Managers, you’ll help deliver campaigns and always-on activity across owned and paid channels.

 

You’ll play an important role in keeping the squad moving, supporting campaign delivery from briefing through to launch. This includes helping coordinate assets, working with agency and internal partners, and contributing to activity across digital media and our website.

 

This is a great opportunity to grow your marketing experience in a supportive team. You’ll learn how campaigns come together, build strong stakeholder relationships, and help ensure everything we put into market is clear, consistent, and customer-focused.

 

Role Location: Auckland

Role Type: 12 Months Opportunity

Hours: Standard, Monday to Friday 37.5 hrs

The Marketing Specialist is critical to making this happen and key responsibilities of the role will include the following:

 

  • Supporting the delivery of the segment’s marketing plan, including responsibility for setting objectives, a tactical plan and measuring performance, for specific initiatives
  • Work with other team members to deliver effective marketing activity across owned and paid media that supports business or portfolio objectives
  • Ensure key customer insights inform activity for this segment
  • Business performance – contribute to delivering Marketing ROI and achieving business objectives
  • Ongoing management and monitoring of marketing activity to optimise, report back, and ensure alignment to evolving business needs
  • Managing the approvals process effectively and compliantly.
  • Stakeholder management – communicating and managing requests from a range of stakeholders across ANZ
  • Campaign management – supporting Senior/Marketing Managers with the development and delivery of effective creative and media for specific campaigns to meet portfolio objectives
  • Financial management – budget management and achieving ROI targets where relevant
  • Compliance – ensure initiatives are developed in accordance with regulatory and compliance requirements
  • Risk management – ensuring initiatives are developed with all financial, reputational and operational risks effectively managed

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

 

  • Relevant marketing experience
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise workload and capacity to deliver on agreed tasks on time
  • Demonstrated generalist marketing skills with the ability to implement a broad range of marketing activities
  • Understanding of brand and advertising fundamentals including creative and media development
  • Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals including website knowledge
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively manage a range of stakeholders
  • Sound judgement, strong problem solving and analytical and numerical skills
  • Excellent attention to detail, and a desire to produce work of a high quality
