This is a great opportunity to join our Funds Technology team. We support the technology platforms that are core to the operation of ANZ Investments products, including KiwiSaver and the ANZ Investment Funds.

You will work in a collaborative technical team, with a range of business and technical stakeholders, enabling delivery by translating business problems into clear requirements, helping to ensure solutions meet customer and regulatory needs.

In this role you will:

  • Implement change for our registry platform.
  • Refine and shape business requirements, identifying opportunities and evaluating solution options.
  • Ensure requirements are clear, traceable, and aligned to outcomes.
  • Support change delivery across the lifecycle (discovery > design > build > test > release).
  • Ensure controls, risks and regulatory obligations are understood and embedded.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery practices and BA capability.
  • Build strong business, technology and vendor stakeholder alignment to enable confident decision-making.

Banking is changing and we’re changing with it, giving our people great opportunities to try new things, learn and grow. Whatever your role at ANZ, you’ll be building your future, while helping to build ours.

Role Type: Permanent

  • Curious and passionate about technology, with a willingness to learn new systems, tools and ways of working.
  • Experience working with business and technology stakeholders.
  • Strong written, verbal and visual communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Elicitation techniques such as facilitating workshops to gather requirements.
  • The ability to create requirements artefacts (user stories, process maps, etc.).
  • Experience presenting technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

You’re not expected to have 100% of these skills. At ANZ a growth mindset is at the heart of our culture, so if you have most of these things in your toolbox, we’d love to hear from you.
