Mō te tūranga - About the role
ANZ’s Business & Agri teams support small-to-medium businesses, from those starting out with simple business needs to larger businesses that require more specialised support as they grow. Our strategy is to help Kiwis start, buy and sustainably grow their business. As a Senior Relationship Manager, you will play a pivotal role in growing, supporting and enhancing the financial wellbeing of a diverse portfolio of larger commercial clients across the Auckland region. A core focus of the role is originating new primary customer relationships and expanding ANZ’s footprint within target segments. As a senior member of the team, you will be responsible for strengthening ANZ’s market presence, actively acquiring new-to-bank customers, originating and managing more complex lending structures, and overseeing high‑value, strategically important client relationships.
Banking is changing and we’re changing with it, giving our people great opportunities to try new things, learn and grow. Whatever your role at ANZ, you’ll be building your future, while helping to build ours.
