As a Senior Product Manager for New Zealand’s largest KiwiSaver provider, you will play a key role in managing and enhancing ANZ’s KiwiSaver products to deliver strong customer outcomes and sustainable growth.
Working closely with the Funds Product Lead, you will support the end-to-end management of KiwiSaver products from customer-focused design through to ensuring compliance and conduct obligations are met. You will use customer, market and product performance insights to identify opportunities, solve problems and help shape product solutions that support customers’ long-term financial wellbeing.

As a Senior Product Manager, you will:
- Collaborate with key stakeholders and support the Funds Product Lead in developing and delivering KiwiSaver product strategies.
- Lead product enhancements, customer experience initiatives, and the management of product collateral and marketing materials.
- Champion customer and member outcomes supporting member acquisition, growth, and retention initiatives to deliver positive customer and business outcomes.
- Support the end-to-end KiwiSaver product lifecycle including features, fees, ensuring compliance with ANZ’s product governance, risk, and regulatory frameworks, with all product and disclosure documentation being customer-focused, compliant, and written in plain English.
- Monitor regulatory, industry and competitor developments and translate insights into product, customer experience and business recommendations.
- Coach and develop Product Managers, fostering a high-performing, collaborative and customer-focused team culture.
Ōu Pūkenga? - What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring:
- Strong knowledge of KiwiSaver products, regulations, and New Zealand's investment market.
- Proven experience in KiwiSaver product management, with project delivery experience highly regarded.
- Demonstrated leadership capability and behaviours aligned with ANZ's values
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, sound commercial acumen and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience scoping, planning, and delivering initiatives, with strong organisational, prioritisation, and time-management skills.
- A proactive, organised and self-driven approach and the ability to achieve outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
- An understanding of asset classes, funds, market dynamics, and relevant legal and tax structures would be advantageous.
