As a Product Manager in the Consumer Finance Product Team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping a world‑class consumer lending experience. You will lead key initiatives that develop and deliver propositions that customers value- improving both customer outcomes and portfolio performance.
In this role, you will provide strategic and thought leadership across the consumer lending portfolio, working closely with stakeholders across the bank and with external partners. You will champion innovation and foster strong cross‑functional collaboration to drive continuous improvement, ensuring ANZ remains competitive and customer‑focused in a rapidly evolving market.

As a Product Manager, you will:
- Lead the development and delivery of propositions that enhance the consumer lending experience and drive portfolio performance
- Provide strategic and thought leadership across key initiatives within the Consumer Finance portfolio
- Translate customer insights, business needs, and market trends into clear product opportunities and actionable roadmaps
- Partner with pan‑bank stakeholders and external partners to deliver integrated, customer‑focused solutions
- Champion innovation by identifying improvement opportunities and testing new ideas, technologies, and ways of working
- Drive cross‑functional collaboration to ensure alignment across design, technology, risk, operations, and frontline teams

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
- Proven experience in product management or a related role, ideally within consumer finance or a similarly complex customer focused environment
- Strong strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate insights and data into clear product opportunities
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication capabilities, with confidence working across diverse teams and external partners
- A customer centric mindset with experience applying human-centred design, customer insights, or journey optimisation
- Demonstrated ability to drive delivery in cross functional environments, balancing customer, commercial, and risk considerations
- A continuous improvement mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities, test ideas, and iterate at pace
