  • Bring your well established marketing experience and play a critical role in leading the strategy and communications programme aimed at improving customer financial wellbeing.

  • Provide expertise to guide and evolve the ANZ brand across all advertising channels, formats and mediums.

  • Work with a broad range of stakeholders and build strong relationships across the business and with external partners.

What will your day look like

In this role, you would have the opportunity to:

 

  • Join one of New Zealand’s leading marketing teams and extend your skills in a fast-paced, innovative and exciting environment.

  • Champion the growth of the ANZ brand by applying your communications expertise and brand guidance across a range of marketing initiatives

  • Lead and own the strategy and development of campaigns and initiatives that build our customer’s financial wellbeing

  • Lead the development of our Brand Affinity activity by supporting communities of interest and celebrating key moments in Aotearoa to strengthen our brand

  • Be the ‘go-to’ Brand person when it comes to ensuing all external customer communications are aligned to brand guidelines and providing brand assets for external use

  • Create and update new and existing collateral across network communications.

  • Own and build strong relationships with key external agency partners who are vital in delivering award winning campaigns.

  • Assist with the development of strategic initiatives and the evolution of our brand platform.

What will you bring?

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

 

  • 5+ years’ experience in a marketing role, services industry experience is a bonus (this is a mid-level role with no direct reports)

  • A passion for great communication and an understanding of what drives creative effectiveness

  • Understanding of TTL marketing including; AV, OOH, OLV, Digital Social, programmatic, SEO, SEM and website content and design

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise work load and capacity to deliver on agreed tasks on time

  • Excellent attention to detail, and a desire to produce work of a high quality

  • Able to effectively manage a range of stakeholders and suppliers

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills

  • Sound judgement, strong problem solving, and analytical and numerical skills

  • Eagerness to learn and develop your marketing skills

  • Recognised tertiary qualification in Marketing or Business.
